This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Christmas Lights Lee County (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) on the date of acceptance of the quote provided by Service Provider.
Service Provider agrees to provide wedding, event, and Christmas/holiday lighting services (“Services”) to Client as listed above. The Services shall be performed at the location listed above.
Client agrees to pay Service Provider the amount listed above as the total cost for the Services provided. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due upon acceptance of this Agreement. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 30 days before the date listed above as the event date.
Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the event date, Client will forfeit the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, Client will be responsible for 100% of the total cost.
Any changes to the Services requested by Client must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the Services may result in additional charges.
Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or injury to persons or property arising out of the Services provided by Service Provider, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the Services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government regulations, weather conditions, or incidents such as dogs chewing wires or gardeners cutting things.
Client shall indemnify and hold Service Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Services provided by Service Provider, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Service Provider.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
By accepting the quote provided by Service Provider, Client agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
